The latest plan for development of the Sinnamon Farm Heritage precinct has been revealed.  Jamieson Projects hopes to construct a gated community comprising 11 detached houses and nine duplexes on the 1.46 hectare block, which has housed such notable buildings as Glen Ross, Seventeen Mile Rocks School and Beechwood. Under the Jamieson plan, Glen Ross and the old school will be restored and converted into homes, then sold.
